By inviting Cassie ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using the web dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
Cassie is a multipurpose Discord bot providing moderation, utility, fun, and AI-powered features. The Bot also provides a web dashboard for server management via Discord OAuth authentication.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using the Bot, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Bot is provided "as is" without any warranty. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.
By adding the Bot to your server, you confirm that you have the authority to manage server settings. Server administrators are responsible for configuring the Bot's behavior in their server, including command restrictions and permissions.
You are solely responsible for any content you create using the Bot (such as tags, reminders, and todo lists). We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Cassie has a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation content, and any content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts. This includes:
Violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent ban from the Bot. Suspected CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline and/or relevant law enforcement authorities, along with any identifying information available.
If you encounter content that violates these terms — especially CSAM, child exploitation, or other illegal material — please report it immediately to the Bot operator through the support server or by direct message. Reports will be reviewed promptly and appropriate action will be taken, including reporting to law enforcement where required.
We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities investigating illegal activity involving the Bot. This includes preserving and providing relevant data, reporting suspected CSAM to NCMEC's CyberTipline, and complying with valid legal requests. We may retain data beyond normal retention periods when reasonably necessary for an ongoing investigation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or service interruption.
We reserve the right to ban users or servers from using the Bot for violations of these terms. If you wish to stop using the Bot, you may remove it from your server and stop accessing the web dashboard.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
